FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How are the courses and hotels selected for me?

​

The way the buddy pass works is on a rotation basis. Once you select your dates of travel and are ready to lock in your trip, the courses and hotels will be selected for you based on which courses and hotels are next in the rotation.

​

Participating courses:  Eagle's Landing, Heritage Shores, Newport Bay, River Run & Seaside

​

Accommodations: Holiday Inn Oceanfront, Quality Inn Boardwalk, Quality Inn Oceanfront

​

Can I request a specific course and hotel?

​

Unfortunately, we do not take requests for preferred courses or hotels. However, we can assure you that all the courses and hotels are great and eager for your return visit to Ocean City.

​

The only request that can be made is when you would like to travel and which time you would like to play golf on each day. Once the selection has been made for you, you can decide to accept or decline this fantastic offer.

When is my payment due?

​

Payment is due at the time of booking. 

​

What if I need to make a change to my golf package?

​

Changes to a package can be made up to 10 days prior to arrival.l.

​

What if I need to cancel my trip?

​

Cancellation charges are as follows:

​

• Outside 10 days of arrival: NO CHARGE

• Within 10 days of arrival: NO REFUND

​

When can I expect to receive my documents?

​

Travel Documents will be emailed when the trip is paid in full.

​

What if I have to leave during the middle of my trip or if it rains:

​

Harrison Group Golf will be unable to issue any refunds for any unused portion of the rounds and rooms. In addition, if you should experience inclement weather, no rainchecks can or will be issued, and your trip cannot be rescheduled.
