Harrison Group Golf Cancellation & Payment Policy

We understand that planning a golf trip comes with some uncertainty—that’s why Harrison Group Golf is committed to protecting your investment while offering as much flexibility as possible.

 

Final Payment Deadlines

  • 30 days prior to arrival for standard accommodations

  • 60 days prior to arrival for privately owned homes, townhomes, and condos

 

Cancellations Before Final Payment

If your entire group cancels before the final payment deadline, you will receive a full refund, unless your trip confirmation states otherwise.

 

Cancellations After Final Payment

If you cancel all or part of your trip after the final payment date, refunds are not guaranteed, regardless of the reason. 

A minimum cancellation fee of $25 per person applies

 

Refund amounts depend on:

  • What is being canceled

  • How close the cancellation is to your arrival date

  • Privately Owned Accommodations

 

For homes, townhomes, and condos, cancellations made after the final payment date will often result in no refund for the lodging portion.

 

Partial Group Cancellations

If only part of your group cancels, we will review your situation carefully. Any refund will depend on:

  • Whether accommodations are shared

  • The timing of the cancellation

 

Weather Policy

If you experience inclement weather:

  • Please contact the pro shop prior to your scheduled tee time to review raincheck or refund options

  • Tee times must be honored unless the golf course is officially closed
